So far so good!  Just placed and received my first order.  A great experience even though I screwed up with my address I input into their system.  Channie in customer service was able to get things fixed right up, contact the shipper, diverted the shipment and made me look good! I had Send Cut Send make me some powder coated sheet metal covers for an electronics box. The overall dimensions and laser cut mounting hole locations were perfect and the price was very reasonable. Two of the parts had bends but were slightly under bent and did not fit on my enclosure. Shawn at Send Cut Send reviewed the files and determined there was no reason the parts should not fit. Shawn had the parts remade for me at no cost and even expedited the parts through production sent the package expedited shipping! I got the wrinkle black powder coating and the finish quality is top notch! Very durable and doesn't show fingerprints like some glossy finishes. Shawn did really great customer service! I messed up on uploading a file with bad geometry then I pushed it through despite it telling me I couldn't cancel or change the order because of their super fast automated service that helps customers get their orders faster than any other company. But despite that I sent them a couple emails and messages on the site even though it's 3am where I'm at in CA and they responded right away and were able to intercept it before it went into production and was able to use my update file to fix it. I'm so thankful I really appreciate your prompt and helpful customer service. He also explained everything very well and gave me clarity about the process.

I got give up because of a couple metal cutting services in my area just kept going up on me in price. I actually did my last resort and put a order through on Alibaba with China but I feel really uncomfortable with my designs being out there in China. Then my brother told me about you guys and how he got his order super fast and with such great prices so I checked you guys out. I feel much more comfortable working with you guys and the website is so intuitive and user friendly I wish I found you sooner before I sent my art designs to China.
