How quickly will I receive my parts?

How quickly you receive your parts will depend on the services added to your order and overall part volume. Please note that services like bending, countersinking, and powder coating will add to your order’s lead time. Learn more about our processing and production times here.

For in-stock materials, we generally ship parts within 2-4 business days of receiving your cut-ready files. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll contact you right away. Our cutoff time for processing new orders is 12 noon, Pacific time. Orders received after noon will be started the following business day. Learn about confirming your order’s status here.

When reviewing parts in your shopping cart before checkout, you should see an Estimated Order Ship Date at the bottom right that reflects the part volume and required processes.
