SendCutSend offers three different thicknesses of aluminum to choose from, .040", .063" and .125". If you're looking for a material that is light, strong, easy to work with and resists the elements, you've found it.

Our 5052 series aluminum is one of the most versatile grades of aluminum you can get. It welds beautifully, bends cleanly and has excellent machinability.
Optional: Clean Cut
Our aluminum sheet can be laser cut using high-purity nitrogen to give you a reduced oxide, semi-clean edge. Using nitrogen as an assist gas reduces oxides from forming during the cutting process, so your parts are easier to paint, powder coat or weld without as much additional processing such as grinding or sanding. Contact us for a quote if your parts require Clean Cut.
