We walk you through the full CNC bending workflow, from programming and tooling selection to machine setup and safety protocols. From the moment your order is placed, it’s programmed into our system and prepared for production. Our operators select the correct tooling and use our Amada EGB 6020 CNC press brake to bend each part with precision. This advanced press brake allows us to maintain a ±1° tolerance, though it consistently performs at ±0.25°, ensuring high accuracy for complex bends.
