This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from sendcutsend.com (the “Site”).

As a designer, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights over your personal designs. Before you upload a file to sendcutsend.com, you must ensure that your design is your own original work, or that you have explicit permission from the third party or entity that owns the rights to the design.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order if we suspect that a user is uploading a previously copyrighted design. We also reserve the right to cancel a User Account if a user is repeatedly uploading previously copyrighted designs.

By uploading your file to sendcutsend.com, you grant SendCutSend permission to use your file to manufacture your parts to complete your order. We may occasionally ask your permission to use your design on our website, social media accounts, and in our advertising.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

– Communicate with you;

– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
