1095 High Carbon Steel

Strong, durable, weather resistant. Our best metal for cutting tools.

4130 Chromoly

4130 Chromoly steel is a tough and versatile metal used in a variety of high stress applications. It's weldable, machinable and corrosion resistant.

5052 Aluminum (Standard)

Our 5052 H-32 series aluminum welds beautifully, bends cleanly and has excellent machinability. Our most versatile aluminum.

6061 Aluminum (Aerospace)

Our 6061 T-6 series aluminum is precipitation-hardened. We like this metal for its strength, toughness and excellent corrosion resistance.

7075 Aluminum

Our laser-cut 7075 aluminum has excellent mechanical properties, good ductility, fatigue resistance, high strength, toughness.

ABS

ABS thermoplastic is the perfect material for prototypes, lab equipment, and instrument panels. It offers many characteristics including impact and abrasion resistance, tensile strength, dimensional stability, heat and chemical resistance, rigidity, and low-temperature properties.

ACM

ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) is used for interior and exterior display and signage, as well as low-load part applications. We love it for its light weight, high strength, versatility and outdoor durability. We offer both black and white finishes.

Acrylic

Our clear acrylic is the perfect material for all your signage, display, and projects that need an inexpensive, clear component.

AR400

AR400 is “thru-hardened”, abrasion resistant, alloy wear plate. If you need a good balance of formability, weldability, toughness and abrasion resistance, this is your metal.

AR500

AR500 abrasion resistant steel plate is a high surface hardness metal which is excellent for excessive wear and high-impact applications. This steel is commonly used for armor plating and targets.

Birch Plywood

Baltic Birch is the plywood of choice for a number of uses because it's inexpensive, stable, holds screws exceptionally well, and is made with waterproof glue. Use Baltic Birch for your cabinetry projects, art, jig-making, and other craftwork.

Brass

Unlike steel and iron, brass will not rust when exposed to the atmosphere (although it will tarnish and patina). Typical uses for brass include architectural, electrical, fasteners, consumer, and ordinance projects.

Standard Carbon Fiber 

Our standard carbon fiber is lightweight, and comes in a smooth matte finish. Our standard carbon fiber is a great low-cost alternative to our Aerospace Carbon. Available in 1/16" and 1/8" thicknesses.

Aerospace Carbon Fiber

Our aerospace carbon fiber (also known as quasi-isotropic) is sleek, lightweight and Superman-strong. This material offers our highest strength-to-weight ratio. Perfect for drones, robotics, aircraft and automobile applications.

Copper

110 Copper has thousands of uses over a broad range of applications due to its conductivity, corrosion resistance, and ductility. Perfect metal for creating signage, or architectural elements.

Cor-Ten Weathering Steel

Cor-Ten weathering steel is a unique metal that naturally forms a rust-like coating which resists corrosive elements like rain, snow, fog and ice. Creates pieces with a rustic and aged look that will also stand up to the elements.

Delrin® 150

Delrin® 150 is a thermoplastic with high strength and great stability. It offers great abrasion resistance and machining properties.

Mild Steel

We have A36 carbon steel (mild steel) in three surface finishes based on thickness. Cold Rolled Carbon Steel, Hot Rolled Carbon Steel and Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled Carbon Steel (HRP&O). Mild steel is the go-to choice for fabricators, welders, machinists, prototypers, and anyone else who needs a strong, reliable part that is easy to work with.

Polycarbonate

Our polycarbonate is high-strength, high clarity, and is able to withstand impact at a wide range of temperatures. It's an incredibly versatile material, known for its heat deflection and high voltage insulation.

Stainless Steel

Grade 304 stainless steel is one of the most common grades of stainless steel. It's our favorite metal for decorative and durable parts. We offer stainless steel in regular and grained finishes.

Titanium

Titanium Grade 5 is not only our strongest metal, but it's also very lightweight. It's corrosion resistance makes it essential for aerospace engineers and its non-toxic, non-allergenic properties has made it popular in the medical field.

UHMW

UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a common plastic known for durability, versatility, and cost-effectiveness. You can also count on it to be abrasion, impact, and chemical resistant. It's commonly used in applications where high levels of friction are likely to arise including conveyor guard rails, augers and wear strips, belt scrapers, chain guides, and idler rollers.
