What are SendCutSend’s shipping pickup times?
Our carriers, UPS and FedEx, pick up Monday – Saturday, multiple times per day between approximately 11am and 4pm local time. Our production facilities are located in Nevada, Texas, and Kentucky.
Please note that US holidays can impact carrier pickup days and transit times.
What are SendCutSend’s order deadlines for shipping?
We package orders and create labels 7 days a week, but shipments aren’t picked up after 4pm Monday through Saturday. Shipments are not picked up on Sundays.
What are SendCutSend’s guidelines on address changes once an order has been placed?
Once a label is created (the order state will show as “shipped” in the order tracker), we cannot change addresses, shipping methods, hold the order, or convert the order to local pickup.
If you need to request rerouting for your shipped package, you can do so using FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice.
