Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy

Manage content writers including one full-time writer and several freelance writers

Execute video marketing strategies and work with videographer and talent to create and publish new video content

Provide advanced programming, importing, DFM expertise, and advanced support assistance for all jobs to help streamline production and communication between production and support. This position will work closely with several departments across the operations department including but not limited to:
Assist with screening new orders to ensure files meet our production capabilities and company policy
Batch export all jobs from “Approved” to “ready to nest” at designated times
Import jobs into Sigma. Adjust files based on work order requirements (art,quantities,etch,no-kerf,bend)
Communicate daily (thru established processes) with the support team regarding any job with problematic artwork
Perform any auto-task procedures to help setup nesting department
Assist with enhancing processes in the programming department to minimize production issues
Communicate daily with supervisor any issues/concerns
Complete daily tasks set forth by production manager
Assisting with support tickets will be a large focus, secondary to any programming needs
Communicate effectively with the production manager, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met.
Assist with any marketing projects set forth by the marketing department on an as needed basis.
Review customer requirements to identify appropriate product and service options, while maintaining company goals and targets.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you are a driving force in our engineering team. Your main goal is to help us build a seamless user experience for customers to turn their designs into parts while eliminating CAD software complexities and the frustration of the traditional fabrication process. You will have open communication with the Product, Production, and Support teams to gather requirements and make our product a delight for customers to use.
