Job Description:

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Sales Executive / Account Representative to join our small (but mighty) team. This role involves working closely with clients to provide technical solutions, manage their accounts, and assist in driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
  • Understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with the Support and Production teams to develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide basic technical manufacturing advice and support to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products and services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotes.
  • Collaborate with Support, Production and R&D teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, AE, Sales Executive, or Sales Engineering role. Those with experience in the manufacturing and fabrication industry will be considered first.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to headquarters and local clients.

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives, increasing revenue for the company, and generating new business.

The Sales Manager leads sales efforts with support from the Marketing department. This position will plan, coordinate, track, and report on monthly prospects and/or referral source activities and events. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans and achieving sales goals while representing the SendCutSend brand.

Attributes of a Strong Candidate:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams

  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite

  • Maintain relationships with an already established customer base and develop new sales opportunities within those accounts

  • Execute planning and organization of trade shows and events that generate sales opportunities and brand exposure for the Company.
  • Model sales leadership qualities and demonstrates sales excellence, professionalism, and behavior consistent with Company’s values.
  • Create profiles for individual sales representatives to measure success and performance metrics, including Sales Results, Process, Development, and responsibilities.

Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote, residing in the United States

Candidates interact directly with our customers via email, web chat and occasionally by phone. Our Customer Support agents use our internal software systems to provide recommendations, quotes, and order updates to customers.

  • Review customer requirements to identify appropriate product and service options, while maintaining company goals and targets

  • Understand our product offerings and help the customer select the best product for their project or application

  • Price options and alternatives, and follow-up as needed

  • Communicate effectively with the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met

  • Determine project priorities using in-house software and systems
