Customer Support / Product Application Consultant
Flexible hours, Weekdays/Weekends available

This position is for a person who wants to be part of a rapidly-growing, high-tech manufacturing company. Our Customer Support candidate will need to be ready to do a variety of tasks, including the fast-paced service we provide to new and existing customers.

Candidates will be directly interacting with our customers via email, web chat and occasionally by phone. Our Customer Support agents use our internal software systems to provide recommendations, quotes, and order updates to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer requirements to identify appropriate product and service options, while maintaining company goals and targets.
  • Understand our product offerings and help the customer select the best product for their project or application.
  • Price options and alternatives, and follow-up as needed.
  • Present and discuss our services in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding of customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Determine project priorities using in-house software and systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (1) year experience in a support, manufacturing, sheet metal, or fabrication environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand drawings, CAD files, and proposals
  • Strong computer skills including basic understanding of support and CAD software. Additional proprietary software training is available on the job.  
  • Solid understanding customer support, metals, and manufacturing
  • Punctuality – must have the ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn our process and adapt as needed.

Compensation starts at $19/hr + increases based on experience and performance.

CNC Laser Operator
Second Shift (3:30pm – Midnight) 40 hours + OT

Job Description:

This position is for a person who wants to be part of a growing, high-tech manufacturing company.  Our Laser Operator candidate will need to be ready to do a variety of tasks, including the fast-paced operation and maintenance of our 3kW fiber laser (Amada). Other responsibilities include material handling, quality control, and job scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine project priorities using in-house software and systems
  • Understand nesting requirements for material usage, and remnant tracking
  • Work with Purchasing, and/or interact directly with vendors to obtain materials, gasses, and consumables
  • Ensure all processes are accurate
  • Ensure customer requirements are successfully met
  • Successfully interact with our support, QC, shipping, and software teams throughout the production process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (1) year experience in a fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand drawings, CAD files, and proposals
  • Strong computer skills including basic understanding of machine control software. Additional proprietary software training is available on the job.  
  • Solid understanding of machining and fabricating
  • Punctuality – must have the ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • High School Diploma
  • Willingness to learn our process and adapt as needed.

Compensation starts at $18/hr + increases based on experience.

Manufacturing Tech 1
Second Shift (3:30pm – Midnight) 40 hours + OT

Job Description:

This position is for a person who wants to be part of a growing, high-tech manufacturing company.  Manufacturing Technician candidate will need to be ready to do a variety of tasks, including material handling, forklift operation, post-processing, and assisting the Laser Operator. Other responsibilities include quality control and shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Laser Operator with material handling, de-nesting, and post-processing
  • Work with the shift manager to help schedule jobs, hit deadlines, and achieve QC goals
  • Ensure all processes are accurate
  • Ensure customer requirements are successfully met
  • Successfully interact with our support and software teams throughout the production process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (1) year experience in a shipping, fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand drawings, orders, and shipping labels
  • Basic computer skills, including understanding of shipping software. Additional proprietary software training is available on the job.  
  • Solid understanding of metals and fabricating
  • Punctuality – must have the ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn our process and adapt as needed.

Compensation starts at $16/hr, with increases based on experience.
