Support Agent - Kentucky

FULL TIME
Paris, Kentucky

Position Summary:

Candidates interact directly with our customers via email, web chat and occasionally by phone. Our Customer Support agents use our internal software systems to provide recommendations, quotes, and order updates to customers.

This position will be on-site at our Paris, Kentucky location Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer requirements to identify appropriate product and service options, while maintaining company goals and targets.
  • Understand our product offerings and help the customer select the best product for their project or application.
  • Price options and alternatives, and follow-up as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that customer objectives are met.
  • Determine project priorities using in-house software and systems.
  • Assist Production and manufacturing staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum (1) year experience in a support, ecommerce, or retail environment.
  • Strong computer and typing skills. Additional proprietary software training is available on the job. 
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Compensation:

Compensation based on experience and performance.

Experience in a fabrication, signage, or manufacturing environment is a plus.

CNC Machine Operator

FULL TIME
Reno, Nevada

Position Summary:

This position is for a person who wants to be part of a growing, high-tech manufacturing company. Our CNC Machine Operator job candidate will need to be ready to do a variety of tasks, including the fast-paced operation and maintenance of multiple CNC spindle routers and CO2 lasers, and more. Other responsibilities include material handling, quality control, and job scheduling.

This position will be on-site at our Reno, Nevada location. Available shifts are:
– Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
– Monday-Friday, 2am-10pm
Weekend shifts are available and flexible. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate state-of-the-art CNC spindle routers and CO2 laser equipment
  • Determine project priorities using in-house software and systems
  • Understand nesting requirements for material usage, and remnant tracking
  • Work with Purchasing, and/or interact directly with vendors to obtain materials, gasses, and consumables
  • Ensure all processes are accurate
  • Ensure customer requirements are successfully met
  • Successfully interact with our support, QC, shipping, and software teams throughout the production process.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Additional proprietary software training is available on the job.  
  • Punctuality – must have the ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Manufacturing Tech 1

Position Summary:

Manufacturing Technician candidate will need to be ready to do a variety of tasks, including material handling, forklift operation, post-processing, and assisting CNC Operators. Other responsibilities include quality control and shipping.

This position will be on-site at our Reno, Nevada location. Available shifts are:

  • Work with the shift manager to help schedule jobs, hit deadlines, and achieve QC goals
  • Ensure all processes are accurate
  • Ensure customer requirements are successfully met

  • Minimum (1) year experience in a warehouse, fabrication, signage, or manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand drawings, orders, and shipping labels
  • Basic computer skills, including understanding of shipping software. Additional proprietary software training is available on the job.  
  • Solid understanding of metals and fabricating
  • Punctuality – must have the ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn our process and adapt as needed.
