a. This price match guarantee (“Guarantee”) is applicable to both new and existing customers of SendCutSend
b. Limited-time offers, auction sites, or any other exclusions determined by SendCutSend are not eligible for the Guarantee.
a. To qualify for a price match, the following criteria must be met:
i. The item being matched must have identical material and specifications.
ii. The competitor’s quote must indicate the same quantities of materials.
iii. The materials must be in-stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
iv. The competitor’s quote must include a similar turn-around time, ranging between 3 to 5 days.
v. The competitor’s quote must be inclusive of all shipping costs and applicable fees.
vi. The competitor’s quote must not be more than 30 days old.
vii. The quote must have originated from the competitor’s website and be verifiable by SendCutSend. SendCutSend reserves the right to request additional proof, if necessary, to verify the quote’s authenticity.
a. Customers must provide valid proof of purchase from SendCutSend to qualify for a price match.
b. The price match will be based on the total price, including any taxes, fees, or shipping costs.
c. SendCutSend reserves the right to independently verify the competitor’s price and confirm its accuracy.
d. The final decision to match or beat the competitor’s price rests with SendCutSend.
a. The price match guarantee applies only to the initial purchase and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
b. SendCutSend reserves the right to limit the quantity of price-matched items per customer.
c. The Guarantee is subject to geographical limitations and is valid only within the United States and Canada.
d. The price match guarantee may be limited to specific product lines or services, as determined by SendCutSend.
e. The Guarantee is applicable for a specified timeframe, starting from the date of purchase. Subsequent purchases within this timeframe may also be eligible for price matching.
a. SendCutSend reserves the right to refuse a price match if:
i. The competitor’s quote contains typographical errors or pricing mistakes.
ii. The competitor’s price is below SendCutSend’s cost.
iii. The competitor’s quote does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
b. SendCutSend reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
