Milled parts will have an overall cut tolerance of +/- .005” and overall positional tolerance of +/- .005”
Expect witness marks from tooling and fixturing
The transition from a sharp edge to a fillet will not be achieved perfectly; some material will be left after machining
CNC milled parts will have a sandblasted surface finish (360 MicroFinish)
Sharp edges will have a .010” (0.25mm) edge break (there’s no need to model it in your file)

What are the minimum and maximum part sizes you can machine?

You can submit parts sized between 1” × 1” × 1” and 7” × 7” × 12” for CNC machining.

What tolerances and dimensional accuracy can I expect?

SendCutSend guarantees an overall machining tolerance of ±0.005″ for both feature size and position—meaning features may vary up to 0.010″ total—but note that specific custom tolerencing beyond this isn’t currently offered.

Are internal sharp corners and undercuts machinable?

No. Internal features must accommodate tooling radii.

Minimum internal cutout size: 0.125″ (3.175 mm)
Sharp internal corners are not achievable; corners will have a radius of at least 0.0625″ (1.587 mm) to match cutter geometry
Undercuts or inaccessible features that tooling can’t reach also cannot be produced
