Shipping Updates – Mar. 4, 2023

Dear Customers,

At SendCutSend we pride ourselves on providing you with custom laser cut parts, fast. We send shipments out multiple times daily, often the next business day after the order is received (for in-stock materials).

SendCutSend is currently experiencing weather-related delays. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for transit.

As snowy conditions continue in much of the country, all carriers are experiencing delays. In addition to orders taking longer in transit, production is also being affected by inconsistent raw materials deliveries. Customers can expect to see their packages delayed an additional 1-5 business days.

Inaccurate tracking or no tracking info

If the tracking number is showing that the package has NOT been picked up, there are two possibilities:

  1.  The shipping label was printed after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and the package will be picked up the following day. Once the carrier scans the package at pickup, more information will be generated.

  2. Your package has been picked up, but the carrier has not updated the tracking information. Packages are also being delivered without tracking being updated along the way. If it has been 24 hours or more since the label was printed, your package has been picked up by the carrier. We do not keep labeled packages at our facilities for more than 24 hours.

Mis-routed packages

Our carriers use dozens of hubs across the country to get packages to you as quickly as possible. If a primary hub becomes overloaded, it is not uncommon for the carrier to redirect packages to a different hub.

Packages that seem to be routed to the wrong area may be delayed but will be delivered.

If you have any additional questions or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to our team at support@sendcutsend.com
