Although our Terms of Service functions as our default NDA, we support individual NDA compliance upon request.
Email salesdevteam@sendcutsend.com from the address associated with your SendCutSend account to request special NDA compliance and signature. Please attach your preferred NDA to your request.
An Organization’s settings and benefits will go into effect for each employee after they create a SendCutSend account and join their Organization.
With private status applied to an Organization, all orders placed by members of the Organization will be marked PRIVATE to clearly indicate that they are under an NDA.
If you need a company-wide NDA, please attach it when emailing Support to request Organization setup. Our team will review and attain appropriate signatures as required.
By default, if someone creates a new SendCutSend account using an email address that shares your Organization’s domain, they will be automatically invited to join the Organization. Then they’ll receive an email to validate their email address.
If you want to prevent this automatic process we can disable it for you.
This setting will log Organization members out after a specified number of minutes.
This setting will enforce the requirement for passwords to have a minimum of three of the following: uppercase, lowercase, numeric, or special character.
Regardless of this setting, we require a minimum of 8 characters total for passwords.
This will prevent Organization members from reusing previous passwords, with a customizable limit.
For example, if we set your Organization’s limit to 10, we’ll prevent Organization members from reusing up to 10 different passwords.
We can set the maximum number of days between password changes before a change is required.
With this setting, we can specify the number of days since the last login before an Organization member’s account is considered inactive and is disabled.
When requesting changes to Organization security settings, it’s best if the Organization Contact sends an email to our Support team.
You can see who your Organization Contact is by navigating to your account settings and selecting Organization on the left.
