After you login or create an account, you can upload your part via body.
The SendCutSend plugin will automatically detect any sheet metal bodies in your design. You’ll need to set up parts using Fusion’s sheet metal tools even if you plan to order non-metal materials.
Our plugin makes material selection simple. We’ll detect the thickness of your part and provide a list of available materials that match.

The SendCutSend Fusion plugin is 100% free to SendCutSend customers.
A sheet metal body represents a flat piece of material with a uniform thickness in Fusion. Sheet metal bodies use sheet metal rules to control the thickness, bend radii and other manufacturing settings for a particular part.
You can create a sheet metal body using either the Flange tool to convert a sketch to sheet metal, or by converting an existing body to sheet metal.
The SendCutSend Fusion plugin will automatically recognize any sheet metal bodies.
Please note: you’ll need to set parts up using Fusion’s sheet metal tools even if you plan to order non-metal materials. This ensures parts meet our 3D file guidelines.
The most common reason for this is that your part does not have a uniform thickness.
