Pricing that Empowers Entrepreneurs: Laser-Cutting Made Accessible

Table of Contents

By Jim Belosic | CEO, SendCutSend

One of the immense pleasures of running SendCutSend is walking across the laser-cutting floor and seeing a flood of great ideas materialize in front of our eyes. Metal sculptures, beefy hotrod components, dozens of small business fabrications, and hundreds of other creative projects big and small, all stream through our laser cutters on the SendCutSend factory floor each day.

The creativity flowing through SendCutSend has been so inspiring, that we’ve decided to alter our pricing to make sure more of these great ideas reach a wider audience.

We’re offering steeper and steeper discounts to you when you order a higher volume of a single part. The way it works is simple. Order more than one part, and the discounts kick in. Order more than 10, 20 or 50, and the discounts continue going deeper.

Log on to sendcutsend.com now and play with an order by changing quantities to see how deep the discounts go. You’ll see 30%, 40% and even half-off discounts per part as your order gets larger.

Our philosophy on this is simple. First, our costs decline when we  produce and ship multiple copies of the same part, and we want to pass those savings along to you. But just as important, we want to compel the creatives that use our services — whether it is knife makers, fabricators, artisans or small business owners— to order a handful or more of the same creation and share that idea with friends, neighbors, and maybe even the world.

We see it as a way to empower entrepreneurs — to give them that extra push to make five knives instead of one, maybe even launch a small side business. Or, encourage that talented shop mechanic to stock up and sell those new frame components or suspension upgrades drawn up in his or her spare time.

It all comes back to the mission of SendCutSend. We built this company because we were in your shoes. We were the ones with the wild ideas, the custom hot rod dreams, the fabricator fantasies. And we couldn’t find a shop that would do those quick-turn, quality, affordable laser-cut orders for us.

Now we’re on the other side of the laser-cutting table, but we’re still tinkerers, problem solvers and engineers at heart. So we know how a wild idea can become a business, and how great partners can help along the way. And, at the end of the day, we love the camaraderie of creativity, sharing something cool you created with an old friend or someone new.

So, log on and take a look at our new pricing. We hope it inspires you to take your dreams and have them laser cut into reality. And we hope you make a little money and a lot of friends along the way.

Thanks for reading. And thanks for inspiring us with your SendCutSend projects.
