Can you pass delivery instructions to shipping carriers?

We’re unable to pass delivery instructions along to shipping carriers for you. Instead we recommend one of the following options:

1. Submit delivery instructions to the carrier once your package has shipped

When your order’s tracking page indicates the package has shipped, you’ll be able to click a button to see the carrier tracking page and tracking number.

Once your package's tracking number has been created, a link to your shipment's tracking page will be available at your order tracker page.

Once the tracking number is available you can submit instructions directly to the carrier.

FedEx Delivery Manager

If your package ships via FedEx, you’ll need to either use FedEx Delivery Manager or call FedEx customer service at 1 (800) 463-3339.

On your package's tracking page, click Manage Delivery to add delivery instructions for FedEx. Please note, you'll need to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to do this.

UPS My Choice

If your package ships via UPS, you’ll need to either use UPS My Choice or call UPS customer service at 1 (800) 742-5877.

On your package's tracking page, click Change My Delivery to add delivery instructions for UPS. Please note, you'll need to sign up for UPS My Choice to do this.

2. Add instructions to the second address line if possible

This method may not be available to you depending on your address. It also may not guarantee that your instructions are met. However if it is an option you can add information there if desired. FedEx and UPS limit address line entries to 35 characters or less.
