We’re unable to pass delivery instructions along to shipping carriers for you. Instead we recommend one of the following options:
1. Submit delivery instructions to the carrier once your package has shipped
When your order’s tracking page indicates the package has shipped, you’ll be able to click a button to see the carrier tracking page and tracking number.
Once the tracking number is available you can submit instructions directly to the carrier.
FedEx Delivery Manager
If your package ships via FedEx, you’ll need to either use FedEx Delivery Manager or call FedEx customer service at 1 (800) 463-3339.
UPS My Choice
If your package ships via UPS, you’ll need to either use UPS My Choice or call UPS customer service at 1 (800) 742-5877.
2. Add instructions to the second address line if possible
This method may not be available to you depending on your address. It also may not guarantee that your instructions are met. However if it is an option you can add information there if desired. FedEx and UPS limit address line entries to 35 characters or less.
