We cannot use a smaller CNC router bit size to cut parts upon request. At this time, we cut all CNC routed materials using a 0.125″ bit.
All CNC routed materials are listed on our CNC routing design guidelines page.
Expect a 0.063″ radius in tight corners due to the tooling diameter.
We have more information in our CNC router design guidelines: CNC Machining Guidelines
Alternatives to a Smaller CNC Router Bit Size
If you need holes smaller than 0.125″ in your part, consider choosing a waterjet or laser cut material for your project instead. The waterjet can cut holes as small as 0.070″ in most material thicknesses, while our CO2 and fiber lasers can cut holes approximately 50% of the thickness of the chosen material.
We’ve selected the cut method that yields the best quality parts for each material. For this reason, we cannot change the cut method for a material upon request.
