Package tracking is automatic with SendCutSend. Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive tracking information via email or mobile device when a tracking number has been created. The easiest way to get updates about your order is with SendCutSend’s SMS messaging service.
If you opt-in to SMS messaging for order tracking, you can expect to receive 3-5 messages from us regarding:
- Order received status
- Contact Support if necessary
- Shipment tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
You can switch on SMS messaging under your account settings if you’ve set up a free SendCutSend account.
Once your order ships, a package tracking link will be available on your order tracker page.
