We guarantee quality parts but understand that occasionally there may be a situation that requires a refund or return. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help! Contact our Support team and attach photos of the parts you received. Please reference your order number and email associated with the purchase.
Our team will work with you to determine the best solution to get you replacement parts, store credit, or a full or partial refund.
Our return/remake policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Read more about our refund policy.
