Yes — we offer free Fusion 360 gauge tables with our bending specs built in. Import them to set the correct bend radius, K factor, and bend relief for each material thickness we bend.
What’s included in our Autodesk Fusion gauge tables:
- Bend radius
- K factor
- Miter/rip/seam gap
- Bend relief depth/width/remnant
- Corner conditions
Why use them:
- Saves time on setup
- Ensures your parts form to spec and within tolerance
- Prevents errors from manual entry
How to import gauge tables into Autodesk Fusion
- Download the
.f3d
file (SendCutSend Autodesk Fusion Sheet Metal Rules – V.2.11.25) - In Fusion: File > Open → select file from your computer
- Go to Sheet Metal tab → Sheet Metal Rules
- Right-click each rule under In this design → Copy to Library
- Close/delete the .f3d file if desired
- Repeat the process when new versions are released
