Does SendCutSend have gauge tables for Autodesk Fusion?

Yes — we offer free Fusion 360 gauge tables with our bending specs built in. Import them to set the correct bend radius, K factor, and bend relief for each material thickness we bend.

What’s included in our Autodesk Fusion gauge tables:

  • Bend radius
  • K factor
  • Miter/rip/seam gap
  • Bend relief depth/width/remnant
  • Corner conditions

Why use them:

  • Saves time on setup
  • Ensures your parts form to spec and within tolerance
  • Prevents errors from manual entry

How to import gauge tables into Autodesk Fusion

  1. Download the .f3d file (SendCutSend Autodesk Fusion Sheet Metal Rules – V.2.11.25)
  2. In Fusion: File > Open → select file from your computer
  3. Go to Sheet Metal tab → Sheet Metal Rules
  4. Right-click each rule under In this designCopy to Library
  5. Close/delete the .f3d file if desired
  6. Repeat the process when new versions are released

Copy our Fusion gauge tables into your library.
