My part isn’t what I expected, what do I do?

If your part isn’t what you expected, our Support team can assist if there are any issues!

Please send photos of your part and a description of what you didn’t like about the part. This allows us to determine what went wrong and how we can avoid it in the future. For replacement parts, solutions can include revised geometry, material changes, and different post-processing or shipping adjustments, so seeing the parts is vital for a successful remake!

If you email our Support team, send it from the email address associated with your SendCutSend account and/or the order you placed. Be sure to confirm the order number.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your parts or they’re not as expected, contact our Support team. Please review our refund policy before reaching out.
