Deburring is available on a variety of materials at a minimum of 0.048″ thickness
For small parts:
The minimum part size for linear deburring is 1″ x 3″ for applicable materials.
For Aluminum 5052/6061, and Titanium, thicknesses less than .125″ require a minimum size of 1″ x 5″.
