We work with 2D vector files (.dxf, .dwg, .ai, or .eps format) and 3D files (.step and .stp format). These files need to be in 1:1 scale. There should only be one part per file, and only the cut paths and bends for the part you wish us to produce.

We can cut just about anything, but there are certain material specifications we need to meet for our machines to cut their best.
While we provide free 1-3 day shipping on all orders over $39 in the USA and shipping as low as $19 to Canada, we have some shipping limitations as well.

You won’t be able to add anodizing, plating, or powder coating to your part before checkout if your design doesn’t meet our requirements. Parts must have a hole at least .063″ wide for hanging, fall within our overall part size limits, and be made from a material that supports the desired service.
To keep perpendicular flanges from clashing in a corner, use our Min Corner Relief Distance from Bend Line spec (pictured below). If the clearance between bend lines meets or exceeds that value for your chosen material thickness, you’re in the clear.
Our bending specifications — including bend radius, K factor, flange length, bend angle limits, and more — are listed in our Material Catalog and Bending Calculator. Use them exactly as provided to ensure your parts form within tolerance.
You can suggest new materials, thicknesses, or services through our online suggestion forms. We review every submission, and while we can’t promise to add everything, the most-requested ideas have the best shot at making it into our catalog or service lineup.
We don’t provide Ra or surface roughness specs for our materials because finishes can vary by supplier and batch. If no finishing service is added, your parts will ship with the standard mill finish, which may include light scratches.
