What are your shipping pickup times?
Our carriers, UPS and FedEx, pick up Monday- Friday, multiple times per day between 11am and 4pm PST.
What are your order deadlines for shipping?
We package orders and create labels 7 days a week, but shipments aren’t picked up after 4pm on Fridays or weekends.
What are your guidelines on address changes once my order has been placed?
Once a label is created (the order state will show as “shipped”), we cannot change addresses, shipping methods, hold the order, or convert the order to local pickup.
If you need to request rerouting for your shipped package, you can do so using FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice.
