What is my SendCutSend order status?
You can check the status of any order by logging into your SendCutSend account, navigating to the Orders page, and clicking the Track Order link on the order.

You may attach a PO to your order before checkout, but all order information must be added to your order through the cart-building process. We do not check Purchase Orders for additional services or details that are not included in your cart.
Formal Quotes make it easy to send a link to your accounts payable department so they can process payment for orders online, while the order itself remains associated with your account. In the free personal-use version of Fusion, you can export a DXF from either a sketch or a flat pattern — not from the File menu. Right-click the sketch or flat pattern and choose Save As DXF to get a properly scaled file.
To send a file to SendCutSend, your Autodesk Fusion design must be in inches or millimeters. Fusion defaults to centimeters, which we cannot accept. You can either set your default units before starting a design or update the units in your document settings after a design is created. Always export your DXF from a sketch or flat pattern, not from the File menu.
You can find the invoice for any order by logging into your SendCutSend account and navigating to the Orders tab. Then find your order and click Invoice to view it or print a PDF if needed.
If parts in your order are refunded or you receive a gift card code for the value of unusable parts, the amount returned will be reflected as an adjustment at the bottom of your order invoice. This shows that your refund was issued. Please note, direct refunds can take up to 24 hours to
SendCutSend does not provide a custom bend radius for any bent parts since it is set for each material and thickness. Take a look at the material page for your chosen material to find the bend radius by thickness, or check out the bending specifications table at the bottom of our Bending Calculator page.
Per our bending guidelines, please enter bend angle definitions as measured from the outside of the bend. You can think of it as the number of degrees the flange is actually bent from a flat position. When you enter bend definitions before placing an order on our website, you should be able to see a 3D preview of your bent part to confirm the definitions are correct.
Our typical raw material flatness deviation is +/- 0.030” per foot in our laser cut sheet metals. Individual part flatness depends on the cut geometry and stress relief when material is removed during the cut process, so we’re not able to guarantee the flatness of finished parts.
We’re unable to accept STL files since we require either 2D vector files (DXF, DWG, EPS, or AI format) or specific 3D files (STEP or STP format) to quote and produce parts. Take a look at our tutorials for assistance exporting cut-ready files!

If you send a link to your design (such as a Google Drive or Dropbox link), we won’t be able to open the link and download the file for security reasons. This includes links from online shareable CAD platforms like OnShape. Please export the original DXF, DWG, AI, or EPS file and upload it to our website for pricing in our available materials!
