Can you refund sales tax from my order?

We cannot refund taxes charged on orders you’ve placed already. Be sure to request tax exemption status for your account before placing an order if you are a reseller or tax exempt organization.

Once your account is set up, make sure the Tax Exempt box under Billing Info is ticked when placing orders.

Make sure to tick the Tax Exempt box on orders as needed; we will not be able to refund sales taxes on orders after they are placed.
