Can you refund sales tax from my order?

For resellers and tax exempt organizations, we can refund tax charged on orders if needed. However it’s best to request tax exemption status for your account before placing an order.

Once your account is set up with tax exempt status, make sure the Tax Exempt box under Address & Billing is ticked when placing orders.
