You can find the material thickness tolerance for each stock thickness on the material pages in our Material Catalog. Navigate to the material you need and then click Specifications.
Select your desired thickness and check out its details and specifications!
Material thickness tolerance specifications will be listed under the General Details.
This tolerance represents the possible deviation from the advertised thickness. Here’s an example of possible outcomes for a part cut from a material with a thickness tolerance of +/- 0.006”:
