You can suggest new materials, thicknesses, or services through our online suggestion forms. We review every submission, and while we can’t promise to add everything, the most-requested ideas have the best shot at making it into our catalog or service lineup.
We make it simple to share your ideas for what we should offer next. Whether it’s a new material, a specific thickness, or a service we don’t currently provide, we want to hear about it.
1. Suggest a new material
Use our Material Suggestion Form to request:
- New types of sheet metal, composites, plastics, wood, or board
- Additional thicknesses for materials we already stock
We keep an eye out for materials that could open the door to more projects. Popular suggestions are the ones most likely to be added.
2. Suggest a new service
Use our Service Suggestion Form to propose:
- Brand-new services, like engraving, polishing, or welding (yes, even if we don’t offer it now)
- Expansions to existing services, such as:
- New tap, countersink, or PEM hardware sizes
- New PEM hardware types
- Extra anodizing, plating, or powder coat colors
- Processes like roll forming or hemming
Why it matters
