Do refunds show on order invoices?

Can I delete orders from my account?

Orders placed under your SendCutSend account cannot be hidden or deleted. If you need to place orders separately from your main account, we recommend creating a separate account or checking out as a guest instead of logging in. Please note, we do not advise sharing SendCutSend account logins.

Should I share my account login information?

We do not advise sharing SendCutSend account logins. Employees working at the same company should create their own individual accounts. However, if multiple employees need to share tax exempt status or payment terms, we can set up an Organization to enable this!

Can my orders be tax exempt?

If your organization is tax exempt, send your valid tax exemption certificate to SendCutSend’s support team. We’ll review your certificate and then respond with an update! Please be sure to set up an account before requesting exemption.

Can I purchase a sample kit?

Not sure what material to use for your next project? We recommend using our Online Parts Builder to create 2″ circles and order the materials you’re interested in. This will provide the most variety and value within our $39 per-order minimum.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once orders are placed, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancelations will be possible, but we’re more than happy to see what we can do. If you notice that something isn’t right with your order, reach out to our Support team right away via chat or email and they’ll look into it!

Can I combine orders?

At this time we are unable to combine multiple orders. Orders will be produced and shipped in the order that they are received. Orders may arrive in multiple boxes and multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number for each package shipped.

Your estimated ship date is calculated in real-time in your shopping cart as you add parts and services. Then, your estimated ship date is confirmed when you check out. You can also find the estimated ship date and follow your order’s production status through the tracking link we’ll email you.
