How to export from PTC Creo?

Exporting a successful 2D vector file from PTC Creo is not straightforward, so Creo is not one of our preferred software. We highly suggest using software like Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.

If Creo is your preference, though, check out our Video Guide for How To Export in PTC Creo.

Once your file is exported as a two-dimensional vector file at 1:1 scaling, you should be able to upload it directly to our website for instant pricing. Confirm the overall dimensions and units are correct in the part preview. Use our file setup checklist to ensure your 2D file is cut-ready!

For general preflight, the free, open source program QCAD is great for checking 2D files. We have guidance on reviewing designs in QCAD here: How To Preflight Your Designs Using QCAD
