Why can’t I select a material?

This typically occurs because the overall flat part size is too large or too small for the material. Please check that the file is setup at 1:1 scale in inch or millimeter units. Ensure the correct unit is set for your part after uploading the file.

Is your white acrylic translucent?

We’re unable to guarantee the translucency or light diffusion capability of our white laser cut acrylic. To determine if the material is a good fit for your application, we recommend using our Parts Builder to create and order small test pieces.

What metal colors do you offer?

Do you cut tubing or piping?

We do not cut tubing or piping. At this time, SendCutSend provides 2D through-cutting in flat media only. Additionally we only cut in-stock materials which include sheet metal, sheet plastics, wood/boards, and composites. Take a look at our Materials Library and Services page to learn more!
