CNC Machined Birch Plywood

Baltic Birch Plywood

Starting from $19

Our Baltic birch plywood is inexpensive, stable, holds screws exceptionally well, and is made with waterproof glue so you can use it in a wide variety of projects.

Superior to MDF in external applications and only slightly better in interior ones, birch plywood can provide you with more options than other composites.

We like giving you options.

Baltic birch plywood at SendCutSend

SendCutSend stocks grade B/BB Birch plywood for CNC machining, which is the second-highest grade available. You might be thinking, “why not the highest grade?” Here’s why. The highest grade and the second-highest grade are extremely close in applicable usages, but by stepping down a grade, we pass tons of savings onto you with essentially no loss in quality.

Like we’re always on about, we like to make manufacturing simpler for our customers, and this baltic birch plywood is extremely solid with incredible value. Again, we’re makers first, we take what we do seriously.

You’ll find that this highly sought-after material is beautiful to look at, carrying a bright, clean finish as well as a uniform grain that elevates your designs to new heights. Often literally. It’s got multiple layers of birch veneer that make it sturdy enough to give your project form while also being lower cost than typical hardwoods and softwoods.

If you need strength and stability on a budget for your work, this is the material for you.
